Wishing For A Snow Day...

I wish we had snow where I live...I really could use a "snow day" tomorrow. I feel like there is so much that I need to do and I don't seem to be able to find the time to just do it. If pressed, I doubt that I could come up with a list of "Things To Do" (although, I usually make one of these lists every morning). I think I just want some time where I'm not accountable to anyone but myself... Is that too much to ask?

Here in Connecticut it looks like we may have a snow day Wednesday. A white Valentine's Day, I guess.

I know what you mean about having too much on the "to do" list.

Time to yourself is not too much to ask.

No...it's not too much to ask. If you want to run away from home and work for a day, you know where I live. Come on over!

I'm spoiled about having time to myself. When you have a family all the rules change, and unfairly at that... Maybe you could, request an entire hour to yourself so you can decompress.

Patti - If time to myself is not too much to ask, then why is it so hard to get?

Joan - Next Monday...bliss!

Patches - I actually took about 15 minutes this afternoon, to just sit and read...of course I was waiting for my son to finish religious school at the time...nevertheless, no one ask anything of me for 15 minutes, and it felt good!

It may not be too much to ask, but it may be too much to get. Sorry!
