So Much To Do, So Little Time

There are a few things that I wanted to accomplish this weekend, that I never got to. First off, Patches asked me to post a picture of my hands, and then Patti has made two cool seals and suggested that I try to make one myself.

Somehow this weekend has flown by, and I have done neither task. I spent all Saturday with Twelve, Eventempered, and Eventempered's mom at a Girl Scout event (yeah I know, Girl Scouts is over...but not Twelve's involvement...and therefore not my involvement). Then today, after services, we came home for a little while, I wrote two four-page reports, and then Twelve and Eventempered had to go to a training so that they could volunteer at a Girl Scout day camp for one week this summer.

Suddenly it's Sunday night, and I can either post a picture of my hands and attempt a seal, or I can visit all of my friends in blogland. Since I am social, by nature, well...I am choosing to visit my friends in blogland. (I'm also intimidated about attempting the above tasks, so commenting will hopefully get me off the hook).

Ten and Twelve have 5 more days of school, and I have 9 more days of work...but who's counting?

Hi Lynn, it's Monday morning and no seal. :-(
But don't think of making one as a task. It was fun! Just takes some time.
Let your creativity out. :-)

See my dilemma every. Single. Day? There are so many thing that I could be doing. But I end up visiting my friends in blogland.

Le sigh.

You can't exactly type and model at the same time. I would definitely be visiting in blogland. Wait who am I kidding, that's exactly what I'm doing now.

Heh... yeh, blog hopping is so much better. I feel so out of touch if I can't visit my regulars in Blogland.
It's like pulling out a good book, sitting back and reading about all the neat adventures without leaving home. Some days I just don't have the incentive to post anything but then I feel guilty and end up doing it...
Hope your week goes well Lynn!

Patti - I'm hoping to have some time this afternoon, after jobs #1 and #2, and picking Ten up from school, and the market:~)

Arm - There is something so satisfying from visiting with Blogland friends.

Patches - I have a good idea for a picture...so I am 1/2 way there;~)

Michele - You are so right! Visiting with my friends in blogland IS like pulling out a good book...I love that analogy!

This must have been one busy weekend...Rick mentioned yesterday that he wondered if you were OK because my cell phone was remarkably quiet. I told him that you were probably one busy mama.

OK, just remember it's not supposed to be stressful.

I feel like visiting friends in blogland is my way of unwinding, it is my therapy. I usually pick that over other tasks to my detriment.

Marsha, I do the same thing! It's so addictive.
