For those of you that have never been to Disneyland, here is a picture of the Cinderellas Castle in the morning...

...and here is one of the same castle in the late afternoon.
What visit to Disneyland would be complete without having the pleasure of sitting in It's A Small World and hearing the same song over and over for 20 minutes???????
Wandering around the park I spotted none other than Jasmine and Aladdin.
And finally...Given that I live in Southern California...what trip to Disneyland would be complete without a 'star sighting'...I was coming out of 'Alice in Wonderland' and heard a man say "Coco, do you want to go on this ride?" Now I don't know about you but I don't often hear that name so I looked to see who was speaking...It was none other than David Arqu*tte, his wife Courtney C*x , their daughter, and their entourage. I figured that I had to snap a picture to show my blogging friends. Here is a picture of Courtney taken with my phone.
In case you are wondering, there were paparazzi located behind me...of course they had huge lens... and I made sure that I didn't get in their pictures...so you won't be seeing me in Peop*le Magazine anytime soon.

Darn...and here I thought I was going to get to take my copy of People magazine and brag about my sister the "Star."
Sounds like a really fun day. So suprised that Elle wanted you to go...maybe she needed instant access to cash.
We never saw anyone famous when we went...we were just happy seeing Winnie & Eyeore!
I've been to Disney World too and I like Disneyland better!
I would have bought a copy of People to see you, a blogging superstar.
You could sell your cell phone shot to Star. Judging by their cover, megapixels aren't much of a priority.
Isn't great when kids request you by name?
love the castle! sounds like you had a good day, glad you avoided the crazy paparazzi!
sounds like a fun day, Lynn!
you needed a break.
Never been to Disneyland, never will, would like to. I would go see the Nemo stuff if I could... love Nemo :D hehehe....
Did you wish on a star whilst walking down the middle of Main Street USA? On meeting the stars did you determine that it was a small world after all?
(Disney songs if listened to enough can make you goofy)
Joan - Like that would ever happen...lol
Renee - You hit the nail on the head. She wanted me there so that I would pick up some Disney pins for her.
Marshamlow - Yeah...that would be me. hahaha
Patches - Right before I took the picture, I had a moment of "Do I want to intrude on their trip to Disneyland by taking their photo...or don't I?" Clearly taking the photo to share with my blogging friends won out. Sharing it with a magazine, was never on my radar...BTW, how much do they pay for pics?...just kidding
Jodi - It was a fun, long and tiring day. I think I managed to avoid the paparazzi...but one never really knows.
Patti - It was a fun day. The problem was that I had to work twice as hard on Tuesday, so that I wouldn't miss out on seeing any of my students.
Michele - Never say never...some day you may get to visit Disneyland. As far a Nemo, I have some photos and videos on my phone from my last visit to Disneyland. I'll see if I can figure out how to post a video of part of the ride...just for you:~)
Ralph - Groan:~)
I love D-land!!
Loved your photos of Disneyland. I've never been there, but we just got back a week or so again from a vacation in Florida. I have lots of photos posted.
Glad you could go along with your daughter on this trip. It made it much more special, I'm sure.
Take care.
Blessings,
Mary
Sari - I love D-land too. It's such a fun place to go...especially in the middle of the week when everyone else is in school.
Mary - I will head over to see your photos. It was special that Elle asked me to go along.
